  2. 1 bowlspring onion
  3. 1 cupmakkai aata
  4. 1 cupjowar aata
  5. 1/2 cupbajra aata
  6. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  7. 1carrot
  8. 2-3florets cauliflower
  9. 1onion
  10. 1beetroot
  11. 1 teaspoontil
  12. 1 teaspoonsalt
  13. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  14. 1 teaspoonajwain
  15. 1 cupwater
  16. 1/2 bowlgrated jaggery

Cooking Instructions

    Grate carrot beetroot cauliflower onion add salt and keep for 5 minutes

    Chop methi and spring onion

  3. 3

    Take parant put all flour salt ajwain red chili powder til jaggery chopped methi spring onion and squeezed batter and knead into dough

  4. 4

    Take plastic apply oil and put small portion on it with hand press it and make round

  5. 5

    Put on tawa and cook from both sides by applying ghee

  6. 6

    Methi spring onion dhebra ready to serve with white butter and chutney
