Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 2 tbspbesan
  3. 2 tbspjowar flour
  4. 1 bowlfinely chopped fresh spring onion
  5. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  6. 1 teaspooncarrom seeds chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Salt
  7. Oil for frying

    In a big mixing bowl take chopped onion, wheat flour, jowar flour, besan, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, Salt, sesame seeds, carrom seeds mix well together.

    Add water and make soft dough. Grease with oil.

    On a chakla place wipe cloth and take small ball of dough flatten by palm. Make hole in the middle.

    Heat oil in a karahi add flatten thalipith fry till golden brown and crispy.

    Serve hot with curd, chutney or pickle.
