  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 1/4 cupsuji
  3. 2 spmalai
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 sp sugar
  6. 1sp chopped Coriander
  7. 1 cupwater for Knead
  8. Stuffing_
  9. 1/2 cup grated paneer onion
  10. 2 sp butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl.add maida suji salt sugar malai Coriander.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add water & Knead a soft dough.

    Take rest for 10 minutes.
    Make a small ball from dough.
    Fill stuffing with spoon.
    Roll it with pin like roti.
    Heat tawa. Keep roti.
    Flap it. Cook both side till brown.

    Apply butter on naan.

    Serve butter naan paneer stuffed with paneer bhurjji.
