For marination:- combine all ingredients for marination and mix well. And set aside for 5-10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan add tomatoes and onions. Leta them cook well.

Add the paneer mixture init and cook.

Turn over the paneer pieces when the underside turns golden brown and cook the other side.

Preheat oven to 180℃. Spread some butter on the kulcha. Followed by chopped garlic.

Spread pizza sauce and tomato ketchup evenly.

Spread paneer mixture evenly. And add sliced capsicum and onion.

Place slice mozzarella and process cheese.

Finally sprinkle chilli flakes, salt and oregano. Place them in a baking pan.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pizzas are heated and cheese bubbling and then place under the broiler.

When browned place in plate cut into wedges and serve hot.
