  1. 7-8Dates
  2. 2ripe Banana
  3. 4 tbspHoney
  4. 1 cupMilk
  5. 1/2 tspElaichi powder

    Soak chopped dates in 1/4 cup milk for 1 hour and Assemble all ingredients.

    In mixer grinder add chopped bananas + soaked dates along with milk + 1/2 cup milk and blend all into a smooth paste.

    Now add honey + Elaichi powder + remaining milk and blend well.

  4. 4

    Add more milk as per desired consistency. Shake is ready.
    Sprinkle chopped Almonds and shake is ready to serve.
