  2. 2 tspcorn flour
  3. 1 tspghee
  4. 1 tspcurd
  5. 1 tspEno
  6. Oil to fry
  7. 1,1/2 cup sugar
  8. 1/2 tspkesar strands
  9. 1/2 cupWater

    In a bowl mix all-purpose flour,corn flour,ghee, curd and eno mix it then adding water in batches prepare thick flowing smooth batter
    Cover keep it aside.

    Prepare sugar syrup adding sugar and water boil it till one string consistency then add kesar strands to it.

    Now use the milk packet for making jalebi fill the prepared batter in and close it tightly and make a small hole in the corner of the milk packet,heat oil then make jalebi shapes fry till crisp.

    Soak fried jalebi in prepared sugar syrup for a while then take out.

    Crispy juicy jalebi ready to serve/enjoy.
