Ingredients

  1. Sugar syrup
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 cupwater
  4. 2-3Cardamom
  5. 1/2 tspsaffron Strands (optional)
  6. Jalebi Dough
  7. 1 cupall purpose flour
  8. 1/2 cupcurd
  9. 1 tspENO fruit salt
  10. 250 gmDesi ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take pan..put all the ingredients of sugar syrup in it & let it boil for 8-10 mins

    Let it cool and keep aside

  3. 3

    For jalebi first mix all the ingredients together and form a smooth batter

  4. 4

    Add water if needed

  5. 5

    Take a sauce bottle.. fill up the dough

  6. 6

    Take another pan, put desi ghee on medium flame and make the desired shape

  7. 7

    Cook till little brown and immerse it in the syrup
