  1. 1lime juice
  2. Sugar or jaggery powder
  3. 1 tspsabja seeds
  4. 3-4crystals of gond katira
  5. Rock salt
  6. Salt
  7. Some jaljeera powder
  8. Water
  9. cubesIce

Cooking Instructions

    Soak few crystals of gond katira and sabja seeds in water overnight. (In different bowl) as shown below.

    First take 2 glasses. Add half lime juice in each of the glasses. Then add black salt and salt in it.

    Now add 2 tsp of sabja seeds in each glasses and 2 tsp of gond katira too. Add water & and give it a mix.

    Then add jaggery powder as per your requirement. Now add 1 tsp of jaljeera powder too in each glasses.

    Now add little more water. Check the taste. Finally add few ice cubes and serve it chilled.
