Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 2Raw mangoes
  2. 1 cupmint leaves
  3. 1 tspblack salt
  4. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  5. 1 tspfennal seeds powder
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1lemon juice
  8. As per tastesugar
  9. Some ice cubes
  10. 3 cupschilled water

Cooking Instructions

    First in a pan add raw mangoes along with 2 cups of water and boil them for 7 -8 mins.switch off the heat, keep them in cold water to cool,after cooling remove their skin and seeds and separates the pulp.

    Now in a blender jar add mango pulp along with mint leaves and some ice cubes.Blend till smooth.

    Now add black salt,black pepper powder,cumin powder, fennel seeds powder,lemon juice and blend again for few seconds.

    Now take out the mixture into a bowl/jug, add water and sugar.whisk until sugar dissolved completely.(you can add jaggery water instead of sugar to make it more healthy).

    Strain and add ice cubes.Aam panna is ready.serve cool.
