Cooking Instructions

Melt the butter in a pan and then add the flour to it. Once the flour cooks and starts to change it's color, add the milk to it. Add salt and pepper to the sauce. Cook it till the desired consistency is achieved

First saute the veggies that take more time to cook, along with garlic. Then saute the rest of the veggies. Do not overcook the veggies. They must be soft yet crunchy. Season the veggies with salt and pepper.

Add the pasta to boiling water(seasoned with salt). Drain the pasta once cooked.

Mix all the ingredients. Grate the cheese to the pasta and mix well. Garnish with basil leaves.
