  3. 1 kgbeef
  4. 100 gcarrots, diced
  5. 200 gtomatoes
  6. 100 gonions
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 40 mlcooking oil
  9. 150 gcapsicum
  10. 1 tspBlack pepper
  11. 20 ggarlic

Cooking Instructions

    Fry the beef with onions and oil

  2. 2

    Add the garlic and stir till it gives off a sweet aroma

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes, stir, then add the capsicum

  4. 4

    Add the black pepper and salt, simmer till dry

  5. 5

    Add pre boiled peas and carrots, stir, then add the potatoes

  6. 6

    Add a little water and simmer for 3 minutes

  7. 7

    Ready to serve
