Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmilk
  2. 3 tbspsugar
  3. 2.5 tbspcustard powder
  4. 2 tbspwarm milk to dissolve custard powder
  5. 4-5 pieceschocolate cake
  6. 4-5 piecesorange cake
  7. 1 cupfresh fruit like pomegranate, mango, kiwi
  8. 2-3 tbspcrushed digestive biscuit powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat milk in a thickened bottom pan.

  2. 2

    In a small bowl take 2.5 tbsp of custard powder add milk and mix well. It should be smooth with no lumps.

    When the milk has come to gentle heat add in sugar and stir well so that the sugar is dissolved.

  4. 4

    Next add the custard paste in parts while stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.

    Keep on stirring and cook for about 5-6 mins on low flame.

    The mixture will thicken slowly. Cook for another few minutes, then switch off the flame and allow the custurd to cool down conpletely.

    Meanwhile take a tall glass, make a fisrt layer with crushed digestive biscuits.

    Next take a small piece of chocolate cake, crush it and make second layer with it. Add fresh fruits on top of the chocolate cake.

    Add 2 tbsp of chilled custard followed by a layer of orange cake and chopped fruits.

  10. 10

    Repeat the same process till you reach the top.

    Keep it in freezer, take it out at the time of serving. Serve chilled!!
