Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchPalak
  2. 250 gPaneer
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1 spoonginger finely chopped
  5. 1 spoongarlic finely chopped
  6. 2-3green chillies finely chopped
  7. 1 spoonJeera
  8. 1/2 spoonJeera Power
  9. 1big spoon Coriander seed Powder
  10. 1 spoonoil or butter
  11. 2 spoonsfresh cream (optional)
  12. 1/2 spoonblack salt
  13. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, blanch and grind palak leaves.

    1 spoon butter/oil in a pan. Add cummin seeds+ finely chopped ginger+ finely chopped garlic+ finely chopped chillies+ finely chopped onion saute till the raw smell is gone.

    Once done. Add Cummin powder + Coriander seed powder + black salt + salt saute for a minute

    Now to it add the Palak puree cook till the raw smell is off (may take 3-4 mins)

    To it add the Paneer cubes and let is boil for another 2 mins.

    End it with 2 spoons of fresh cream. Palak Paneer is ready :)
