Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgSpinach
  2. 100 gramCheese paneer
  3. 1 tspn Gram flour
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1tspnCoriander
  6. 1/4 tbsnKasturi methi
  7. pinchHing
  8. 1/2 tbsnCumin powder
  9. 2 tbsnOil
  10. 2Green chilli chopped
  11. 1/2 tbsnRed chilli powder
  12. 1/4 tbsnSugar
  13. 2onion paste
  14. 2Tomato paste
  15. 1 tspn ginger paste
  16. 2tspn cream / fresh malai
  17. Pinchgram masala
  18. Lemon juice optional

Cooking Instructions

    Palak ko few sugar daal ke    boil karein pani nikal ne ke  bhad aur thanda   Kar ke mixi me paste bana le

    , onion ka bhi paste banayein aur tmater hari mirch ka bhi paste banayein

    Then kadai me oil gram karein, usme hing, jeera powder, dale then haldi, kasturi methi daal ke bhune then 1spn besan ko daal ke bhun le,   then  ginger paste aur onion paste add karein aur fry karein

    Then tomato paste add karein, aur ache se fry karein  add few cream ya malai daal ke jab tak fry karein ki oil masale ke upar na a jaye then add  palak paste.

    According gravy water namak, lal mirch aur boil hone tak pakaye then add paneer ke tukde aur 3 min tak pakaye gram masala aur (1 spn lemon juice daal ke serve karein) optional lemon juice
