Cooking Instructions

In large bowl dissolve yeast in the warm water add a pinch of sugar, when it gets bubbly and foamy,add sugar, salt, oil, and 4 Cups flour, mix until smooth

Add remaining flour, 1/2 Cup at a time, to form a soft smooth dough. 5-7 minutes

Place dough in an oiled bowl, turn over once to coat the top with oil, cover with plastic wrap, let rise for a hour or until doubled in size.

After it rises, punch down the dough and divide into half, roll into a long rectangle shape, roll dough up into a cylinder shape

Place dough, seam side down into greased bread pans, cover with plastic wrap, let rise for 1 hour or until dough rises 1/2 - 1 inch higher then the top of the pans.

Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 375. Bake 30 - 35 minutes, brush with melted butter if desired
