Cooking Instructions

Fir put rajma in a pressure cooker and put 6 glass full of water on high flame of gas

Let 7 to 8 whistles come than sim the gas for half an hour

For rajma tadka-now take a pan put some oil on medium flame first add hing than cumin seeds when they starts tempering add garlic and ginger paste in it saute it and add onions saute it till golden brown

Now grind tomatoes and put in tadka and add salt degi mirch garam masala saute it till it leaves sides with oil

Now put it in the rajma mix it well

Now keep rajma on slow flame for half an hour...it's ready...

For rice:- take a pan put 1 spoon oil in it and add some cumin seeds in it when they start tempering put rice in it and 2 glass full of water

When it comes to boil sim the gas and cover it with lid till rice soak all the water..

After that it's ready..
