Grate 1 kg Carrots, take Pressure cooker then heat Desi Ghee and pour all grate carrots with in 3-4 whistles

Then take one pan pour milk and well boil unless the milk is 1/4 and add one bowl sugar

Then add malai mix in the mix with in 1/2 hour in slow flame

Then all grated carrots mix in milk and bake with 10 -20 mnts
