Ingredients

  1. 12 ozlight coconut milk
  2. 1/3 cupchia seeds
  3. 1/4 cupagave nectar
  4. 1/2 tspvanilla
  5. 6 ozraspberry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients except for raspberries and mix well.

  2. 2

    Chill for 4 hours, or until chia seeds expand and absorb coconut milk.

  3. 3

    Stir once more and spoon into serving dishes.

  4. 4

    Top with fresh raspberries or raspberry coulis.
