Super healthy and with delicious tropical flavours. The secret ingredient is chia seeds which are loaded with omega-3, minerals and are a complete source of protein.

Ingredients

  1. 1banana
  2. 1/2mango
  3. 1/4 cupcoconut milk
  4. 1 slicefresh ginger
  5. 1 tbspsunflower seeds
  6. dashvanilla extract
  7. 1 tbspchia seeds
  8. pinchbee pollen (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Blend together banana, mango, coconut milk, ginger, sunflower seeds and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

    Stir in Chia seeds and let rest for 10 mins for seeds to swell and thicken mixture.

    Serve in a glass and sprinkle with bee pollen and/or more sunflower seeds.
