Ingredients

  1. 250 grams paneer
  2. For gravy
  3. 2onions
  4. 12-15Garlic
  5. 4-5Green chilli
  6. 1 inchgarlic
  7. 3-4tomatoes
  8. 8-10Cashew
  9. 2-3cloves
  10. 2bay leaves
  11. 3-4green cardamon
  12. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  13. 1 tspturmeric powder
  14. 2 tbspkitchen king masala
  15. Salt as per required
  16. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    First cut paneer in cubes

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a pan fry the paneer till light golden brown

  3. 3

    Then using same kadai or pan add pour onion, garlic, tomato, cashew fry till tomato get soft and pulpy then remove from the kadai then cool it down

  4. 4

    Then take a mixie jar add all mixture of fry tomatoes, onion garlic, ginger green chillies to make a smooth paste

  5. 5

    Then using same kadai or pan add little extra oil then add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed add green cardamom,cloves and bay leaves saute for 30 sec

  6. 6

    Then add paste along with green peas,turmeric,red chilli powder and kitchen king masala and salt then fry till oil get separated from masala

  7. 7

    Then add add water how much you want thick gravy when water come to boil add fried paneer then cook for 5-6 mins again

  8. 8

    U can use boiled green peas also

  9. 9

    Then garnish with chopped coriander leaves
