Ingredients

  1. 250 gmgrean peas
  2. 200 gmpaneer
  3. 4onions
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 2green chillies
  6. 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspgaram masala
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tspshahi paneer masala

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a cooker

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Put finely chopped onions and cook till brown

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute well

  5. 5

    Add fresh tomato puree and cook till oil separates

  6. 6

    Season with salt and all the masalas

  7. 7

    Put fresh green peas and saute in the masala

  8. 8

    Put water and cook till 2 whistle

  9. 9

    Open and add paneer cubes cook open 4 minutes and off the gas

  10. 10

    Add fresh coriander leaves

  11. 11

    Serve with lachha paratha
