Ingredients

  1. For shahi paneer
  2. 1 tspghee
  3. 1 cuppuree(3 tomato+1 inch ginger+3 harimirch+5 kaju)
  4. to tasteto taste
  5. 1/2 tsplal mirch powder
  6. 100 gmpaneer cubes
  7. For paalak paneer
  8. 1 cuppalak paste
  9. 100 gmspaneer
  10. 1 tspghee
  11. 1/2 tspzeera
  12. to tasterock salt
  13. 1 tsplal mirch powder
  14. 1 tspzeera powder
  15. Tamatar aloo sabji
  16. 1 tspghee
  17. 1 tspzeera
  18. 2 tspgrated ginger
  19. 1chopped tomato
  20. 1tsp lal mirch powder
  21. to tasterock salt
  22. For kuttu poori
  23. 1potato mashed properly
  24. 1 cupkuutu atta
  25. to tasterock salt
  26. 1 tsplal mirch powder
  27. Water

Cooking Instructions

    For shahi paneer-take a kadayi add ghee and pate cook till ghee gets separate now add all the masalas at last add 2 tsp cream and paneer. Shahi paneer ready.

    For palak paneer-take a kadai add ghee,zeera,and all the masalas cook for 2 min. Now add palak puree and paneer simmer for 10 min. Palak paneer ready.

  3. 3

    Take aloo tamatar-take a kadayi add ghee,zeera,adrak saute for 2 min. Add tomato saute till soft now add all the masalas and add potato and simmer for 5 min.

    For poori-take all the ing and mix it well make a dough. Take plythene roll like chaati fry them. Poori ready.
