For shahi paneer-take a kadayi add ghee and pate cook till ghee gets separate now add all the masalas at last add 2 tsp cream and paneer. Shahi paneer ready.

For palak paneer-take a kadai add ghee,zeera,and all the masalas cook for 2 min. Now add palak puree and paneer simmer for 10 min. Palak paneer ready.

Take aloo tamatar-take a kadayi add ghee,zeera,adrak saute for 2 min. Add tomato saute till soft now add all the masalas and add potato and simmer for 5 min.

For poori-take all the ing and mix it well make a dough. Take plythene roll like chaati fry them. Poori ready.
