Ingredients

  1. 300 gpaneer
  2. 1 cupgreen peas(matar)
  3. 2onion
  4. 2tomato
  5. 8-10cashews/melon seeds
  6. 1 tbsp ginger, garlic paste
  7. 1green chilli
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1bay leaf
  10. Whole spices(cinnamon, clove, green cardamom, black pepper corns)
  11. 1 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1 tspcoriander powder
  13. 1 tspturmeric powder
  14. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  15. 1 tspkasuri methi
  16. 2 tbsp fresh cream
  17. 2-3 tbspoil
  18. Salt to taste
  19. 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly heat a pan/kadhai add oil and roughly chopped onion and saute slightly brown then add ginger, garlic paste and saute 1-2minutes.

    Now add chopped tomatoes, cashews and cook it until soft. When it gets cool, then will make it puree put into the mixer jar. And keep aside.

    Now heat a another pan add oil, cumin seeds, bay leaf and whole spices, slit green chilli and saute until aroma.

    Now add chopped onion and saute until light brown. Then add all dry spices mix and saute on low flame. Then add onion tomatoes puree and cook it for 4-5minutes.

    Now add peas and saute 1-2minute then add fresh cream, kasuri methi, salt to taste and cook it until separate the oil. Then add water and paneer cubes mix well and cover it cook for 4-5minutes.

    After 5minutes add chopped coriander leave mix well and switch off flame, serve into a bowl
