Roti (the shell)

Couldn't find any shell thick enough for my liking so made my own.
Cooking Instructions

Mix dry ingredients together then add water and oil. make a soft dough

Divide into 6 balls roll flat on floured surface
- 3
Base a flat iron platter or big skillet with some shortening, place one flat roti on it cook on low heat till bubbles appear , turn and cook other side

Wrap in a wet towel to keep moist. cook the rest and keep adding to the towel
- 5
Fill with curried chicken and potatoes yumm

#jhatpat#goldenapronI used to make dhokla and idali from roti so I like to make this dish too. This is very easy, with handy ingredients and even just 10min preparation is enough. Just I like this dish (cutlets) from my family. When I 1st time made this before 3yr, from that time I used to make this, and specially make extra roties for this.
