Ingredients

  1. 2 cansrefrigerated biscuit dough
  2. 1 packageroast beef lunch meat
  3. 8 slicesprovolone cheese
  4. 2 Tbsunsalted butter melted (divided)
  5. 1 packetau jus gravy mix
  6. 1green onion, optional
  7. 1 tspsea salt
  8. Horseradish mayo
  9. 1/3 cupmayo
  10. 1 Tbslemon or lime juice
  11. 1-2 Tbshorseradish or horseradish mayo
  12. 1 tspDijon mustard
  13. 1/2 tspsalt
  14. 1/2 tspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix everything for horseradish mayo. Preheat oven to 400. Lay down aluminum foil or use cooking spray. Spread one can of biscuit dough on pan. Add a layer of your horseradish mayo.

    Add roast beef, cheese & more mayo. Top with the other can of biscuit dough. Spread melted butter over tops and bake 12-15 minutes.

    Make your au jus according to the packet instructions. Once biscuits are done top with remaining melted butter, sea salt & green onion if using. Dip your sandwich into the au jus!
