  2. 3-eggs boiled and cut in pieces

  5. 100 soybean nutri boiled in water
  6. As neededveg oil
  7. 2onions
  8. 6 garlic cloves crushed
  9. 1 tspSoyanutri sauce
  10. 1 tbspTomato sauce
  11. 1 tsp black pepper crushed
  12. 4 green chilli
  13. 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  14. 1/2 tsplime juice
  15. 1capsicum cut in pieces

    First boil chowmin noodles adding with water and salt

    Strain it and keep aside

    Cut onion,and all ingredients near to the oven

  4. 4

    Now switch on the burner add a pan put oil after heating add crushed garlic,next onion pieces

  5. 5

    Keep stir,add soya bean bori fry

  6. 6

    Next add capsicum fry now add chowmin noodles stir add crushed black pepper,add green chilli next add soya sauce

  7. 7

    Then add lime juice mix well add salt,mix add red chilli sauce,

  8. 8

    Next add tomato sauce mix well last add egg pieces mix well

  9. 9

    Yummy egg chowmin is ready

  10. 10

    Serve hot
