Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4bread slices
  2. 3 tbspbutter
  3. 2 tbspgrated carrot
  4. 2 tbspzucchini finely chopped
  5. 1small onion finely chopped
  6. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  7. to tastePepper
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 2-3 tbspOil for shallow fry

Cooking Instructions

    Take the bread slices and shred/cut into small pieces.

    Take all the ingredients except breadcrumbs and oil.

  3. 3

    Blend it coarsely, just pulse the blender for few secs.Take it out in a bowl and mix well.

    Take small portion of it and make ball and slightly flatten it.

  5. 5

    Dip it in the bread crumbs, continue the same with the remaining mixture.

    Heat oil in a pan. Lay the cutlet and shallow fry them on both sides till golden on low-medium heat which will take around 5-10 mins.

    Take out in a serving plate and serve with any sauce or dipping of your choice.
