With kids it's difficult to find the time to go to a soup curry restaurant. So I tried making it at home, and it came out very tasty!!My husband asks me to make this about twice a month.There's a lot of ingredients, but you just add them all together so it's really simple. It maybe takes 30 minutes to make.If you don't add curry powder, it becomes even smoother.Cut back on the ketchup and vinegar for a less acidic, more mild taste.The chicken and soup can be frozen! We went to Rancourt winery in Niagara on the lake for their ice wine festival. This was served with their ice wine. I have added more vegetables and spice because I like a thicker soup.

In winter, you get very tasty broccoli. I have made a delicious and nutritious broccoli and almond soup. It's made in a slightly different way with onions, garlic, bay leaf, and some spices, which enhance the flavor. A small tempering with finely chopped garlic in a little ghee brings out the taste even more. It's very healthy and tastes great.
