Ingredients

  1. 4 piecesPotatoes cubed to 1 cm
  2. 2large Carrots cut to 1 cm
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Sugar
  6. Vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan, boil the carrots and potatoes for 10 minutes with salt.

  2. 2

    Remove from heat, drain the water and allow to cool

  3. 3

    In a clean bowl, put the carrots and potatoes, pour in the vinegar and the sugar.,ix gently so that they don’t break.

  4. 4

    Chill
    Serve cold
