Ingredients

  • 4 piecesPotatoes cubed to 1 cm
  • 2large Carrots cut to 1 cm
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • Vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan, boil the carrots and potatoes for 10 minutes with salt.

  2. 2

    Remove from heat, drain the water and allow to cool

  3. 3

    In a clean bowl, put the carrots and potatoes, pour in the vinegar and the sugar.,ix gently so that they don’t break.

  4. 4

    Chill
    Serve cold
