Ingredients

  1. 250 gmmutton
  2. 1/2 cuponion paste
  3. 1 cuptomato paste
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 cupcurd
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 2 tbspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tbspcurry powder
  10. 1 tspgaram masala
  11. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the chicken pieces,and mix salt and turmeric in curd,mix chicken pieces in curd and keep aside for a hour in fridge.

    Now deep fry chicken pieces and keep aside.

    Heat oil in a pan add ginger,garlic,onon and tomato paste along with spices and cook till oil leaves the pan.

    Now add chicken pieces and place 2 cups of water and keep covered and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

    Serve with rice.
