Cooking Instructions

Spread oil on papad and cook in microwave for 40-50min or a min. (Or deep fry in a vessel). (U can use udad daal papad, that goes good too.) Semi crush them and keep aside.

Heat oil in a big vessel, add hing and dhani, add turmeric powder and salt, mix well and add chilli powder. Turn off the heat, add papad and mix well.

Serve hot or as snacks. Enjoy.
