Ingredients

7-8 servings
  1. 2 cupbesan / gram flour
  2. 3large onion chopped in slices
  3. 2capsicum chopped into diced
  4. 2tomatoes roughly chopped
  5. 1 cupspinach chopped
  6. 3-4green chillies chopped
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspcumin powder
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  10. 1-1/2 tsp or as your tastesalt
  11. as neededWater for making batter
  12. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take all chopped vegetables.

  2. 2

    Take beasan.and add all dry spices in it.mix well

  3. 3

    Now add the besan with all spices in the vegetables'bowl and add water to make a batter of pakoda.mix all well.

  4. 4

    In a kadhai heat oil and fry the pakodas medium to high flame.

  5. 5

    Now take all the pakodas from oil and serve hot with green chutney.
