Ingredients

  1. 1grated beetroot
  2. 1grated apple
  3. 2 tbspghee
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 2 tspcardmon powder
  6. 1/2 cupsugar
  7. As neededMix nuts
  8. as neededSilver foil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in pan add kalaunji and kishmis

  2. 2

    Add grated beetroot

  3. 3

    Stir continuously and cook it for 4-5 min.

    Add grated apple and cook both of beet and apple

  5. 5

    Add milk and mix

  6. 6

    Cover well and let it cool in milk for 5-7 min

  7. 7

    Beet will absorb milk then add sugar

  8. 8

    Mix it and add half nuts

  9. 9

    Turn off gas

  10. 10

    Add cardamon powder

  11. 11

    Garnish with silver foil and nuts

  12. 12

    Serve hot
