Basic Bread Dough Basic Bread Dough
Since I'm making it myself, I want to have a rich pastry dough. Bread baked with this dough is delicious on its own. A very elegant bread dough.Be sure to give it plenty of time to rest (this helps you shape it easily). This dough is relatively high in moisture, so I think it's easy to handle. Bake at high temperatures for a short period of time. That'll give you a fluffy, crisp texture. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -
Monkey Bread Monkey Bread
#breads Monkey bread is also called as Puzzle bread, Hungarian coffee bread, bubble bread and/or pull-a-part bread. Monkey Bread is one of the most popular "American" breakfast dishes. Despite the name, this bread has no connection with the primates. It is believed that the name "monkey bread" attributes to the fact that the bread being a pull-a-part finger food, the enjoyer would pick apart the bread as a monkey would. Monkey bread is a sweet, sticky, gooey, soft, pinch -me bread made from little balls of dough rolled in cinnamon sugar and baked together in a bundt pan.In this recipe, I filled each of the dough balls with chocolate spread to give it an extra chocolatey twist. I love cinnamon rolls. But sometimes I just like making the pull apart bite sized pieces called Monkey Bread. This is a very versatile recipe. I've used chocolate instead of cinnamon and sugar. Hope you enjoy this as much as we do. Raven -
Fluffy Chewy Soft Bread Fluffy Chewy Soft Bread
I created this recipe because I wanted to make very light and chewy bread.I think this bread is softer than baby's bum! This recipe is too easy so there are no special tips, but please handle the bread gently since freshly baked ones are very tender. If you are eating these the day after they're baked, microwave them and they'll become light and fluffy again!
