Ingredients

  1. 3 cupcooked rice
  2. 2+1 onion cuted in julians
  3. 150 gmboiled green chickpeas
  4. 1/2beetroot grated
  5. 100 gmpaneer cubes
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 3 tbspghee
  8. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  9. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 2-3 dropsgreen food colour
  12. to tastesalt
  13. 2-3cloves
  14. 1 tspcumin seeds
  15. 12-15roasted cashews
  16. 1 stickcinnamon
  17. 2cardamom

Cooking Instructions

    Heat 2 tbsp ghee.splutter cumin seeds in it.add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger garlic paste.now add julians of 2 onion and cook it for 3-4 minutes.now add cooked rice.

    After that heat 1 tbsp ghee and cook green chickpeas for 2 minutes.then in same ghee cook grated beetroot for 1 minute.now fry julians of one onion.

    After that divide the rice in three parts.mix green chickpeas,black pepper powder,green food colour and little bit of salt in one part. In second part add salt,red chilli powder and beetroot and mix it.mix paneer cubes,garam masala,red chilli powder and salt.

    Make layer of rice in a pan and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.lastly sprinkle fried onion and decorate with cashews.
