Cooking Instructions

Soak rice along with fenugreek seeds for 3 hours

After 3 hour add grated coconut,cucumber, jagerry

Salt, and soaked rice and bit water

Grind into fine paste(dosa batter cosistancy

In hot pan grease some oil and pour dosa close with lid and heat it for 5 min, then flip it to other side

Cook for another 2 min then remove to serving plate. For this dosa we dont need any chutney or any side dish
