Honey Apple Bread Honey Apple Bread
Our family just loves super soft and slightly sweet bread. So I decided to wrap in some apples and honey.Seal the sides quickly during Step 6 and proceed to the next, since if you take too much time doing so, the honey will start to come out. If the bread doesn't come out easily at Step 10, take it out after inserting a knife between the bread and mold. This bread might also rise quite a bit, so check up on it starting around 15 minutes into baking and place an aluminum foil up top if necessary. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -

Soft Yogurt Bread Soft Yogurt Bread
I don't like yogurt so much, but I want to eat it as much as possible, so I make breads or sweets using it.Letting the dough sit for a while at Step 4 lets the dough loosen up. If you don't let the dough sit for a while before rolling it out, the dough will soon shrink. This is the same reason to let the dough sit for 15 minutes at Step 2 after the 1st proofing. I rarely cook with cardamom but something about it reminds me of home. Adopting Nathaniel's banana bread recipe at capturesbytk.com, I added walnuts to the mix and used 65% dark chocolate. It came out super moist, well-balanced and homely. Linh
