Cooking Instructions

At first in a pan add the milk and cream then stir well. Cook for 2 to 3 mins then add the sugar and cardamom powder. Stir well and cook for another 3 to 4 mins so that the milk become little thick. Switch off the flame. Malai milk is ready. Keep it aside.

In a bowl take the mawa and chopped nuts. Mix well with a spoon.

Take a bread slice and trim off the edges and roll them with a rolling pin. Then spread 1 tblspn of mawa uniformly and roll the bread tightly. Repeat the process with other slices of bread.

Place this rolled bread in a serving plate. Pour the malai milk slowly onto the rolls. Decorate with some chopped nuts and refrigerate it for 20 to 30 mins.

Bread malai roll is ready to serve.
