In a bowl, add the required garri to use and pour over the boiling water and drain immediately.

Grate the bonnet,onion and garlic together and set aside
- 3
Beat the soaked garri in a mortar, till sticky.
- 4
Transfer into a bowl, add salt,cubes,grated vegetables and parsley.
- 5
Add the spices and mix well
- 6
Mould into desired shape, heat oil in a pan and fry till golden color
- 7
Grain in a paper towel and serve with some dipping sauce or yaji.
