Thinking of what to do with the bread thats in your fridge since a couple of days try this it's so easy to make to impress and surprise your family instant bread gulab jamun from left over bread.
Cooking Instructions

Take a big pan add sugar and water and mix it well till sugar dissolve.

Now add elaichi powder and keep in mediun flame to boil.

Boil it for 15-20 mins.

Firstly prepare the syrup and keep aside..

Now cut the sides of bread and churn it in a mixer.

Knead the dough with the mango pulp

Let it set for 10 mins.

Now make equal size balls and deep fry on medium flame.

When fried put them in sugar syrup
and again boil for 5 mins on low flame. - 10
Leave the balls in syrup for 1/2 hour.

Let it cool down completely.

It can be served hot or chilled as per your choice.
