Macaroni Salad Gratin Macaroni Salad Gratin
I made a lot of macaroni salad, so I had a lot leftover. The mayonnaise had hardened slightly, so this dish rescued the sad leftovers. It's really just like making a regular casserole dish au gratin. My salad had tuna and broccoli in it. It also had vinegar, but you can't tell after it's been baked. You can also try adding some boiled asparagus. This time, I used a 15 cm gratin dish, a 10 cm ramekin, and a 7 cm cup. Superb Macaroni Salad Superb Macaroni Salad
I came up with this recipe while keeping the taste of the supermarket's macaroni salad in mind. It's important to wait until just before eating to mix in the yogurt. It's also delicious if you mix in some tuna or bacon. If you mix in the mayonnaise and vegetables while the macaroni is still hot, it will absorb the moisture of the macaroni and make it hard when cooled. So, be sure to let the macaroni cool first. Recipe by Cooking S Papa cookpad.japan -

Macaroni and Cheese Macaroni and Cheese
I grew up eating a certain boxed mac and cheese. Never real homemade macaroni. I didn't understand what the big deal was until I tasted my former mother in-law's. Hers was AMAZING! I have been trying for years to get mine to be somewhere close to hers but to no avail. So I decided to ask around (couldn't ask my ex mother in-law) and after many holidays of trying different combinations, I think we've found the winning recipe! My family loved it so much this past Thanksgiving I had to make another pan of it today (3 days after thanksgiving!) I hope everyone else likes it too Beth -

I first learned to cook mac n cheese in the crock pot about 20 years ago and it quickly became my favorite. Over the years I've enhanced the recipe given to me by a co-worker to get this recipe myself, just the way my family loves it. Pixiewraith -
