My host mom got this yummy easy recipe from her Okinawan friend so I think this is kind of Okinawan (might be Hawaiian) recipe. We really love this Spam rice!

Spam half of a can
rice 3 go
carrots suitable
peas suitable
(dried) shiitake mushroom suitable
soy sauce suitable
pickles(Shiso no mi) suitable

作り方

Wash rice. Ready it in a rice cooker with right amount of water.

Cut up Spam, carrots and mushrooms into small dices.

Put Spam, carrots, peas and mushrooms in the rice cooker. Mix soy sauce in there too. I'd say about two rounds.

Turn on your rice cooker.

Eat Spam rice with pickles!
