Put the cottage cheese and milk in a small bowl and microwave about 3 min. Make the cottage cheese smooth.

Peel the apple and cut into 4 pieces. Scrape seeds and slice thinly. Put in a small bowl with lemon juice and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 340F (170C).

In a bowl, whisk egg whites and cream of tartar on low speed until mixture id frothy.

Add sugar, rise the speed to medium-high, and beat until stiff peaks form.

In a large bowl, beat yolks, oil, brown sugar and cottage cheese. Add flour and apple. Mix well.

Fold 1/3 of egg whites into the apple mixture and mix. Then put half of the rest egg whites and fold gently.

Gently fold the rest of egg whites into the mixture. Pour into a greased souffle dish and bake 35 min.

1 c. = 240 ml / Tbsp. = 大さじ / tsp. = 小さじ / cream of tartar is not necessary.
