材料

For 4 or 5 people
  1. potatos 6(620g)
  2. egg 4
  3. cucumber 1(100g)
  4. onion 1/2(100g)
  5. salt little amount
  6. A
  7. mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
  8. sugar 2 tablespoons

作り方

  1. 1

    Boil eggs and potatos

  2. 2

    slice cucumber in rounds and put some salt

  3. 3

    Cut onions into stripes

  4. 4

    Drain potato and strip the skin of potato with small towel

  5. 5

    Put potato into a bowl.

  6. 6

    Put 3 into the bowl.

  7. 7

    Put shell-less egg and squeezed cucumbers into the bowl

  8. 8

    Put A and mix everything

コツ・ポイント

Strip the skin of potatos while they are hot

Put more mayonaise on next day.
