Cut potatoes into about 2cm×2cm×2cm. DO NOT PEEL SKIN yet!

Microwave potatoes with a silicon steamer about 5min (700w)

While you microwave cut cucumbers into dice size.

Drain, cool, peel and chop potatoes.

Combine potatoes, cucumbers, cheese and ★. Mix well!
