大きなクグロフ型用の濃厚バナナケーキ

熟れすぎバナナの使い道と、クグロフ型の合体。
作り方

preheat350℉. butter for a pan.

In a large bowl, whisk the flour, salt, BS together.

use paddle attachment, beat the butter until creamy.

add sugar, beat at medium speed until pale fluffy.

add Vanilla, the egg one at a time, beating 1minuet.

mixer speed low, add banana.

mix half dry ingredient mix well, add yogurt, add half flour

scrape the batter in to the pan, rap the pan on the table

bake 65-75min after 30min check cake use foil cover if need
- 10
cool 10min before unmolding.
