Peel pumpkin(I use knife)slightly and cut it in 1 cm.

Slice onion.
Cut bacon in 1 cm. - 3
Put pumpkin in a heat-resistant container.

Put sliced onion on pumpkin in a container.

Wrap a top of container.

Heat it with a microwave in 600W for 10 mins.

Bake Bacon and make it crunchy. Remove oil on a paper towel.

Crush pumpkin to make it creamy, then mix all ingredients.
コツ・ポイント
Not to make a salad watery, avoid to heat too long, and trash water collected at the bottom after heating.
