作り方

Before sautéing, rinse the spinach and drain well.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

Add spinach stem and garlic.

Once wilted, stir in half of the spinach and cook.

Stir in the rest of the spinach/shallot and cook.

Once wilted, season with salt/pepper/nutmeg. Toss well.

Turn off the heat, drizzle vinegar over the spinach.

Toss once more and serve!

Simply seasoned and sautéd spinach goes well with any kind dish to go along side :-)
