材料

2-3 servings
  1. cooked Jasmine rice 500 g
  2. ground pork or chicken 200 g
  3. shallot (sliced) 1 large
  4. red bell pepper (medium diced) 1/2 medium
  5. snoe peas (angled) 1/2 cup
  6. garlic (minced) 3 cloves
  7. crushed red pepper 1/4 teaspoon or more to taste
  8. fresh Thai basil or basil (roughly chopped) 1 cup
  9. canola oil 2 tablespoons
  10. For the seasoning:
  11. fish sauce 2 tablespoons
  12. oyster sauce 2 teaspoons
  13. Chinese dark soy sauce 2 teaspoons
  14. coconut palm sugar 1 teaspoon
  15. ground white pepper to taste
  16. sea salt to taste

作り方

    Gather all the ingredients.

    If the leftover rice is cold, nuke it well.

  3. 3

    In a small bowl, combine all the seasoning (ex: salt/pepper)

    Oil in a wok over medium high heat. Add chili and garlic.

  5. 5

    Cook until garlic turns golden, then add pork.

  6. 6

    Break up the pork and cook until meat gets brown.

  7. 7

    Add shallots, pepper and peas, cook until wilted.

  8. 8

    Add warm rice and stir until everything is combined.

  9. 9

    Stir in seasoning mix.

  10. 10

    Add basil and mix once more.

  11. 11

    Taste, add salt and pepper as needed. Serve!

コツ・ポイント

Add fresh basil in the wok right before finishing to keep a nice aroma from the basil!
